Ahead of your move, we take a close look at your floor plan to help determine what furniture and belongings will fit, and assist you in designing your new space with comfort and functionality.

We know that downsizing can be overwhelming, so we offer consulting on what items we recommend bringing with you to your new home, and what items will not be needed. Ultimately, the decision is yours!

We take great care in safely packing and labeling your belongings to ensure a safe and organized transit.

As far as moving day goes, we plan and coordinate with the movers and the new residence to transport your belongings efficiently.

When it's time to unpack, we will prepare your new home for you while you get acquainted with the community. 

During and after the move, you may want to gift items to friends and family. We can coordinate pickup of those items during and after the moving process.

For the items that have resale value, we have content specialists who can provide an opinion of market value. Additionally, we can provide resources for all of your sale options. 

Once the items have been sorted, we coordinate arrangements for donated items and clear the house in preparation for market.
